Dr. Gridlock's service cuts Q&A from earlier todaySome standout statements:
Does Metro simply hate its riders?
Accusations that Metro was already cutting trains on the Orange and Blue lines
Overall, it's a very telling piece about how the system is perceived.
Interesting. One can debate if DC is a world class city, but there is NO WAY i'd ever believe it's got a world class metro!
ReplyDeleteI'd watch the fair use of this copyrighted material. Probably better to link to it and give a snippet if you want to stay out of trouble.
ReplyDeleteThanks for pointing that out Michael. Hopefully, this will be a solution. Look forward to more of your comments/ideas.
ReplyDeleteI've never really been a fan of Dr. Gridlock. The closed comments on that Q&A preventing me from correcting the third to last exchange doesn't improve my feelings about his column, either. (The Moscow metro is NOT open 24/7; that was my only complaint about it, ever, when I lived there. The last trains depart at 1am.)
