@8:43 - I cringed when I saw that too! I bet it was just water...the bottle of Cuervo was either empty or filled with water too I think. That video is so corny, and that dancer guy?
Hilarious. I see so many people dance on the metro, or be-bop to a tune or beat...but usually on the Green line.
My comment was completely in the interest of humor (apparently only for me). I was calling Unsuck Fluffer (for the fluff piece). I can see how it would look like I meant to sign it Fluffer.
Still, in the interest of humor, Feel free to start your own Metro, you don't like it so much.
I'm going to visit this site on unsuckdcmetro.com from now on.
To fluff or not to fluff... obvious lame attempts at humor which backfire cannot be tolerated by the fluffs of the world. Interestingly, one definition of "fluff" is to botch or make a mess of something. Oh fluffy - you fluffed this one didn'tcha?
Saw 4 guys heading to the ball game yesterday while heading home on the line. One could not stand. 2 stops later, all got off, dragging el drunko with them. Sat him on a bench and as we pulled away I could see the wheels turning in their brains... do we leave him, do we take him home, can we ditch him somewhere safe for a few hours? I am thankful they knew enough to get him off the train. He was falling into everyone.
Wow, someone gets a little smack-a-roo from Jeter and all of a sudden it's waterskiing squirrels.

Feel free to start your own blog. They're free on blogger.
ReplyDeleteMr. Fluffer:
ReplyDeleteYou will not find a more hard hitting outlet for news on Metro anywhere in DC.
Personally, I like the mix of serious and humor.
Take a hike.
Fluffer; Is fluffing your job?
ReplyDeleteI believe it was the blog that gave Jeter a "smackaroo" not the other way around.
was that guy really pissing on the platform? ughhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

He doesn't even have good Jazz Hands!

Now stop taking yourselves so seriously.
Goodbye Mr. Fluffer. Don't choke on your way out the door.
ReplyDeleteThe Flutternutter Song:
ReplyDeleteOh you need fluff, fluff, fluff
To make a fluffernutter
Marshmallow fluff
And lots of peanut butter.
First you spread, spread, spread
Your bread with peanut butter
And marshmallow fluff
And have a fluffernutter.
When you enjoy, enjoy, enjoy
Your fluff and peanut butter
You're glad you have enough for another fluffernutter.
THIS BEATS BOTH videos

True, no good jazz hands, no good jazz feet either. But I do think the dc metro dancer was a fluffy pole dancer in a previous life!
ReplyDeleteThe WaPo article about the survey of safety issues... there are so many ways that this can get screwed up.
ReplyDeleteWe asked Metro for a copy of the survey and the videos. They said they are not being released to the public.
