Metro delays are so ... what's the word ... omnipresent now, and the way WMATA communicates about them so often makes the "situations" end up sounding so similar that it's hard to tell the major "incidents" from the minor "disruptions."Maybe this little rainbow chart will do for delays what it did for terrorism.
