Complete the Tweet IV

Metro often ignores the 140-character limit on its tweets, but it to its credit, it's doing so a little less of late.
Still, when they do go over, the provide some serious softballs.

Customers are encouraged to lobby their congressman for functional transit on Route 1, pray that no one needs a funeral, and contemplate trees, their navels, and how a Blue Line notice constitutes a "No Line" notice.
