Is that midriff I see? Oh dear.

The reclining rider is bad enough, but what is really strange is that he seems to have a Secret Service agent -- or maybe just agent 86, Maxwell Smart, from CONTROL -- standing guard over him.

oh I WISH I was boarding that train! I am such a clumsy person by nature and gosh... the poor fellow might end up with a slightly bruised ankle as I TRIP over him and LAND HARD... on his leg... hoping to make him redder than Metro with today's Washington Post article!

Metro should have more under cover officer's on it's trains and bus service, their are too many rule's broken on both service's, people want to feel safe in their commute

maybe the guy standing had to place to sit, because this guy laying down was taking up the entire seat

Definitely agree with the need for undercover Metro officers to police these fools. I'm just back from an extended assignment in Europe where they often had undercover agents (although mostly to catch those who didn't have fare cards, even so this might be a lucrative program for Metro to undertake although I'm not sure how advisable it is to have faith in Metro).
