We watched Reservoir Dogs again for the first time in a long time, and it struck us that this screen shot sort of sums up the way Virginia, Maryland and DC interact regarding funding for Metro. Obviously, that's a passenger--aptly named Mr. Orange--on the floor, and the feds are no where to be seen. It only gets uglier from here.
