We watched Reservoir Dogs again for the first time in a long time, and it struck us that this screen shot sort of sums up the way Virginia, Maryland and DC interact regarding funding for Metro. Obviously, that's a passenger--aptly named Mr. Orange--on the floor, and the feds are no where to be seen. It only gets uglier from here.

Sad to say, but it pretty much captures how government works these days.

Wouldn't appear as if many of your readers have seen this movie as the likeness to Metro is uncanny. Well done!
