You can fill out a customer service form and get a form reply.
Therein is the problem .. the bus drivers know they lack repercussions for actions that could get a normal person their license taken away. If anything ever happens to them (it won't) their union would then get them rehired with back-pay or a promotion. Just look at past cases. There is ZERO accountability, the staff knows it, so they don't care either, it seems.

Firing Incompetent Drivers? Waste of time. These drives provide a valuable smart growth service, as such they should be allowed flexibility where the law is concerned.
