Vacation

August is a slow month. A lot of my sources are on vacation, so I'm going to take a little time off myself.

This blog has never posted a story that was in any way racially biased. Some people have posted race-baiting things in the comments section (like you), but that is not the fault of the person who runs this blog.

Nick: You're an idiot. The problem with metro is not that most of the employees are african americans. It's not that the union is 97% monoethnic...
The problem is that the union use the "Racial Card" as an excuse not to listen and answer to legitimate and fair complains.

Metro is incompetent, dishonest, inefficient, disrespectful, Metro is lying to its customers... What are you telling us, Nick? That we should tolerate that because most of the Metro employees are african american?... Is any of this word associated in your opinion with ethnicity? Apparently YOU are the racist...

The other problem is that non-blacks are also treated like crap. I have heard that non-blacks who apply for, say, bus driver positions get crappy routes in dangerous neighborhoods.
