Osama bin Laden Sneaks Through Waterfront Station Undetected

Security camera footage later revealed the world's most wanted man entered the Waterfront station and purchased a ticket. After getting to the platform, however, he was seen shaking his head in disgust after seeing it was 20 minutes until the next train. He was last seen leaving the station through the faregates where he angrily threw his arms in the air, apparently mad it cost $1.35 $1.45 just to see there were no trains coming.

"Our members go to work every day cognizant of their responsibility to perform a job on behalf of our customers – the riding public.” --Jackie Jeter, President ATU 689

Can I get my dime back from his salary?

Are metro employees really this stupid? They are in a very public position, a position the public does not like, and they still disregard rules and common decency.

Oh yeah, I forgot, even if they get fired, the Union will get their jobs back. Why bother working.

ATU Local 689 is the problem. As long as they accept this from their members, nothing will change.

We riders should organize a protest at ATU HQ demanding better service.

the union is definitely the problem. with the job security the union provides, there is no need to provide customer service or reliable work.

if the customers are unhappy, whatever, the union makes sure the employees are taken care of, regardless of complaints or performance.

the question is - who is monitoring the union? is it the board? the districts? nobody?

I hope Corey sent the phot along with the day and time to the Metro complaint folks. There's no excuse for this/
