Yes, horrible unlawful vandalism.

You must be fun at parties.
Yeah, it's going to cost tens of taxpayer dollars to tear down a few pieces of paper stuck up with tape (the horror). It's not like they're spray-painting this stuff on....

This is pure, delicious awesomeness. It will be interesting to see how long those signs stay on there. Perhaps an indicator of how often these maintenance crews are actually on-scene?
They did this type of thing in Philly a few years back. Funny as hell. Septa starting freaking out and treating it like hardcore vandalism. We shall see how Metro responds.
