To be fair, this is an ability to correlate far beyond the usual thinking at WMATA.

Well, to be fair, I was trapped on a Metro train car with no air conditioning for about an hour yesterday on my way home because it had broken down & we had to wait for them to figure out what to do & then eventually hook us up to another train to get us out of there. We eventually opened the emergency doors at either end of the car just to get some air in there. So it could always be worse. I think that's WMATA's new motto.
