The Definition of Accident

Through a few random clicks from other Wikipedia pages, I landed on the page for "accident" (Http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Accident). What should the picture used to illustrate the definition be? A picture of the 2009 Red Line crash.

I definitely didn't change it and my coworker who was sitting next to me when we click on the "Accident" link can vouch for it.

Yep, I think the Wikipedia entry pretty much sums it up. The photo may have been placed there as a prank, but it would be hard to argue that it doesn't belong there.
