Love Yourself

This guy was making out with his reflection on the Red Line on Tuesday morning. This went on for at least two stops, but could have been more.

He was open mouth kissing his reflection, then would alternate with smooches. He did this up until his stop, and was doing it as the train pulled in the station. The doors opened on his side., and I would imagine the passengers waiting to board got a great view.

Many people refuse to touch the poles on Metro trains; the thought of someone actually licking the train.... it just makes me cringe!

He did this going home that afternoon!!!!

I was right next to him. I tried to post it to my social media sites, but my message did not send. I actually laughed and asked, "What the hell are you doing?!" I don't think he heard me, or else ignored me.

I noticed it starting at Gallery Place on the train heading to Silver Spring.

He got off the train at Union Station, which is my stop. However, the escalator wasn't working at rush hour, so we were still on the platform when the next train (headed toward Glenmont) arrived.

He got on that one, and imediately went to the closed door on the other side of the car and began again. I guessed he was going past Silver Spring, so I posted a followup comment, "Suburbanites are FREAKY!"

He must not love himself enough if he was going to kiss those nasty-ass Metro windows which probably haven't been cleaned since lord knows when! Gross.

I think I've seen this guy on the Metro before. Up close and personal...waaaaay too personal. It was disturbing then, and it's disturbing now. The time I saw him on the Red Line, he was not only making out with his reflection, but he'd stop to alternately lick one of the poles and fondle himself. And he giggled while he did it. I could not get off the train fast enough that day. Eww.

I saw lip prints on a door on the Red Line last week, and I remember wondering who on earth would put their mouth on ANYTHING in the Metro system.
