Can't be sure in that light, but he looks a lot like the "homeless vet" that stands around not too far from the Pentagon, on the 13A route.

To the driver of this bus: thanks so much, really, for ignoring the policies regarding inebriated, disruptive riders not being allowed on public transit, and for just allowing all the sober, innocent fare-paying customers to endure this loon (not to mention what might have happened if, say, his swinging on the grab bars had resulted in a back flip and stumble onto the driver while cruising down the street).

Really, our appreciation just cannot be fully expressed in this humble comment. I mean, this makes the jacked up fares all the more palatable.

this guy is hilarious, but i agree with the above poster. why didn't the bus driver do anything. ol' drunky is a nuisance to other riders.

It's not harmless when people are yelling and cursing and swinging around. I cannot believe the busdriver didn't kick him off the bus. Ridiculous.
