Narcissus Spotted Again

via @s1ncer1ty: Weirdo spent the #wmata trip kissing his reflection. Gross!

Wonder if it's the same person from this post (pictured below).

Any psychologists out there with an explanation for this behaviour?

Uh...I sincerely HOPE it's the same person. I don't like the idea that there are multiple people out there who'd do this.
Behavior. We're not in England or Canada.

I thought only Canada had language police?
Ha! Good catch. Don't know how that happened.
Maybe the grease stains on the doors transform him into a handsome creature.

Yeah I hate the unnecessary "u" in a lot of British English words. @guest -- there's a reason we call it "American English." Spell check underlines all these great words:

Armour
Colour
Behaviour
Favourite
Flavour
Honour

Daniel Webster, the author of the first American Dictionary, believed that spelling could be simplified and still remain correct. He's actually directly responsible for the truncation of British English words into the beginnings of what we know as American English today. Interestingly, in England, after the Norman Conquest, spelling switched to strictly using "-our" in an effort to pay tribute to the old French pronunciations of the words.

Oh yeah, and the guy in the "Foto" is clearly claustrophobic - and can't wait to exit the train. ;-)

...in your head, perhaps. Until you can point me to an official regulator in the vein of the académie française (you can't, because none exists), there can be as many variants of English as people want there to be. Educate yourself.

Simply put, American English is a dialect of English, just like British English or Indian English are dialects. They have differences in pronunciation and spelling
There is indeed such a thing. American English as opposed to the Queen's English.
Ha! Well, when I typed them in this window here, it underlined them :-P
It depends on your browser's spellcheck program.
Of all of the interesting things to note about this post, the spelling of behavior or behaviour is really the least of them. I mean, EWWW!

Stand clear of the doors. No really, don't touch them. They have herpes.

Good point (and hilarious!)
Truly a new meaning to those routine words, "Stand clear of the doors."
I think it is a different guy. I noted before that I also so the original person, and one thing that was really peculiar is that on two trains, his hands were always at his side, never up on the glass. It could be him, they are the same height, so maybe he is just improving his technique.....
When are you wankers going to realise this organisation is bolloxed?
I think it might be the same guy. Maybe he's trying to strengthen his immune system. Maybe it isn't the same guy and the two leaving sloppy wet kisses for each other all over the city. Maybe he's trying to kill himself by ingesting that germ-killing, deoderizing spray they use when they clean the cars. Nevermind. They don't clean the cars.
That is the perfect reason to NOT take METRO at all.
I think the guys photographed are different and it looks like they are asleep/standing.

If you sleep standing and the doors open you wake up.

Hopefully the doors do not open outside of the platform and he is not on the back of the train!
A bad dream and laying on a track bed with a cracked skull.
***Not a good idea guys.

I truly don't understand. What are these men in the pictures doing? Were they being funny or what?
Maybe the two guys were part of a failed flash mob.
I know this guy, he gets off at Judiciary Square. He's autistic / retarded but seems to be harmless

"I think the guys photographed are different and it looks like they are asleep/standing."

Have you ever been on the metro? It's hard to stand while awake, let alone asleep.
Saw this guy this morning on the Red Line to Shady Grove -- he jumped out at Gallery Place -- unfortunately, I didn't get the chance to snap a pic.
